When registering a new ArKTest account, enter your Gmail address and click "Send OTP". A 6-digit verification code will be dispatched to your inbox. Enter the exact code to verify your email and activate your welcome bonus:
  • Indie Creators & Developers: Receive 2,000 ArK Points Welcome Bonus to immediately fund and launch beta campaigns.
  • QA Testers: Receive 100 ArK Points Welcome Bonus upon registration.
Security Note: OTP dispatches are rate-limited (max 3 attempts per 5 minutes per email) to prevent spam abuse.

When a Creator launches a campaign, the total reward points required (Reward per test × Max testers) are locked in escrow to guarantee payouts for testers.

If a Creator cancels or completes a campaign early, all remaining unspent escrow points for unfilled or declined slots are automatically refunded back to the Creator's wallet balance instantly!

If a Creator rejects your bug report and you believe the rejection was unfair, go to your Tester Hub and click "Appeal to Admin" on the rejected report.

Platform administration will independently audit your bug reproduction steps and proof link. If the appeal is approved by Admin, the dispute is resolved in your favor and your full ArK Point reward is awarded!

Upload your bug screenshot or screen recording to Google Drive, Loom, or Imgur, set the sharing setting to "Anyone with link", and paste the link into the "Proof URL" field when submitting your report.

Link Safety Rule: All App URLs and Proof URLs strictly enforce valid http:// or https:// web protocols to prevent malicious links.

Testers earn ArK Points for every valid bug report approved by Creators. Your total points determine your Reputation Tier:
  • Bronze: 0 – 499 ArK Points
  • Silver: 500 – 1,499 ArK Points
  • Gold: 1,500 – 2,999 ArK Points
  • Platinum: 3,000+ ArK Points

Click on your ArK Points balance badge in the navbar or your user profile to open the interactive ArK Points Transaction Ledger Modal.

You can view every credit, escrow lock, and reward payout timestamped in real-time. Admins can also click on any user's points in the Admin Panel to inspect individual transaction ledgers and download dedicated single-user CSV exports!

Forgot Password: Click "Sign In" $\rightarrow$ "Forgot Password?", enter your email to receive a password reset OTP code, and set a new password.

Mobile PWA Installation: Click "Install App" in the navbar or tap browser menu (⋮ or Share) and select "Add to Home Screen" to use ArKTest as a native web application.
